You can either email us direct at info@luxurysuitesliberdade or click on our Reservation request button and you will be directed to a secure online booking system

If you reserve online through our website we will contact you to confirm the reservation and check to see if you have any special requests. If you book with one of the Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) - they will contact you to confirm the booking and then we will also get in touch with you. If at any stage in the booking process you have questions then please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or e-mail.

We accept payments of deposits via Paypal, credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) or debit cards. You can settle the final amount as per our agreement with you in the same way 72 hours prior to arrival or in cash at the time of check in. We will take a security deposit of euros 500 against the credit card of your choice when you check in, but subject to no damages or breakages no money will be deducted from your card and the deposit will be cancelled.

We will agree specific cancellation terms when you book (for example, some special offer rates are payable up front and cancellation is not possible). However, generally speaking LSL will refund the following amounts - up to 30 days before arrival 75% of the initial payment, up to 15 days before arrival 50% of the initial payment. Between 15 days and 48 hours prior to arrival we will refund 30% of the initial payment and if you inform us less that 48 hours before your arrival we reserve the right to collect the full amount of the booking charge for your stay unless we are able to rebook at the last minute for a similar rate.

When we refurbished these apartments our aim was to maintain the original charm and structure, hence the size of the rooms and the wonderful high ceilings. To install aircon we would have had to reduce height and lose some of the original stucco ceilings. The apartments were built at the end of the last century when aircon did not exist and during the few really hot days in July and August we will provide DYSON tower fans and dehumidifiers. In the two LOFT apartments we were able to install air-conditioning but the central heating is via radiators, not hot air.

Our standard check out time is 11am. You are welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team until you need to depart Lisbon. However, if the apartment you are renting is not booked the next day, we will of course be flexible.

Of course! Why not enjoy the luxury of all the space to yourselves! The only thing we ask is that you chose which bedroom you prefer to sleep in and stay in that one for the duration of your holiday. If we find that more than one bedroom has been used then we will have to charge accordingly.

The two LOFT apartments do not have kitchens but there is tea/coffee making facilities, glasses for wine/water and a small SMEG fridge in the living room.We can organise catering for you if you prefer to eat at home. All three LSL apartments have identically equipped kitchens with SMEG gas hob and a large gas oven. We have attempted to provide the kitchens with most basic cooking utensils but if there is something you feel is missing please tell us at reception and we will try to get it for you. There are enough plates and glasses for 8 guests, if you are travelling with extra children we will provide what you need as long as you let us know in advance.

Each kitchen has an electric kettle and a coffee machine. We will leave a pint of milk in the fridge for you as well as some tea and coffee.

There is a Europcar office situated in the carpark right behind the apartments. From there you can hire a car for a day or longer - although at peak times (Christmas, Easter, July and August) it is worth reserving in advance. The office location is: Rua Julio Cesar Machado, 9 1250 - 135 Lisbon
